Subclip offers a 15-day satisfaction guarantee.
To request a refund, email contact@subclip.app within 15 days of purchase and include your purchase details. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
After a refund is processed, the related license is deactivated. Requests submitted after the 15-day window are not accepted. Full legal policy is documented in Terms of Service.
