A word-by-word text build where each new word slides in and the words already on screen shift over to keep the line centered.

The first word lands alone in the center of a light frame. Each new word then slides in from the side, and the words already placed glide over so the growing line stays centered the whole time. Entering words can start smaller and blurred, and the reflow can carry a little motion blur. Switch the axis and the words stack vertically instead of forming a line. It finishes in about two and a half seconds.

Type your line, and pick a horizontal line or a vertical stack. You can set how far words travel on entry, the gap between them, how long the first word and each push take, and the entry scale and blur. Font size, color, weight and font round it out. It works well for short slogans, step lists like ship, test, deploy, and punchy openers in the Subclip editor.
