On a near-black frame, 15 white bobs start in a straight line at the top of their dotted tracks, with a red line threaded through them. The line peels into a travelling wave, tightens into braids and short-lived patterns such as groups of four and a two-row zigzag, then plays the patterns back in mirror order until every bob lines up again. The loop is 15 seconds long.

You can change the number of pendulums, the number of swings per loop, the loop length, the guide lines, and the background, bob and accent colors, plus playback speed and the background around the scene. Use it as a calm looping background, a science or physics explainer, a music visual or a loading screen.
